Eligibility for Free Shipping:

To qualify for free domestic shipping, your order must have a subtotal of $300 or more after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

This offer is valid for standard shipments to the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Processing Time:

Please note that we require a processing time of up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and pack your items, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.

The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders. An email notification will be sent to the email provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Insurance:

For your peace of mind, shipping insurance is included with all domestic orders. InsureShield from UPS Capital provides this insurance and covers the total value of your order in case of loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Customers must report notice of any loss or damage within 5 business days of the delivery date and must include proof of the reported loss or damage. Customers must comply with the InsureShield terms of service to be eligible for coverage.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We utilize reliable express tracking shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Direct Signature Requirement:
