Refund policy

At VOELEN, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there are occasions when you may need to return or exchange an item. We have outlined our Return and Exchange Policy below to make this process as smooth as possible. 

This policy covers the conditions and procedures for returns and exchanges, including special provisions for items received as gifts. Please read through the following guidelines carefully to understand how we can assist you with your return or exchange.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested outside the 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • Purchase Document: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item not in the original condition is not eligible for a refund.
  • RMA Number: Contact VOELEN to obtain an RMA number before returning your item. This step is essential to ensure your return is eligible. 

Refund Process

  • Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving your returned item, the VOELEN team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions (unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received).
  • Approval of Return: Once inspected, we will email you that your item has been received and inspected, confirming if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Refund Method: If eligible for a refund, a refund will be initiated and applied to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timing: You can expect the refund to be initiated within 2 to 3 business days following the approval of the return.

Please note that the time it will take for the refund to reflect in your account varies depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
  • RMA Requirement: Contact VOELEN to obtain an RMA number before returning your item. This step is essential to ensure your exchange is eligible.

Gift Return and Exchange Policy

  • Gift Returns: If you received a VOELEN product as a gift, you can return it following our standard return guidelines. If you don't have a receipt, you will receive a Voelen.com credit for the value of your return.
  • Gift Exchanges: To exchange a gift item, you must follow the standard exchange procedure, including obtaining an RMA number. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • Receipt and Refund: If the order wasn't marked as a gift or not shipped directly to the gift recipient, any refund will go back to the original form of payment used by the gift giver.

Sale Items

No refunds are available for items purchased on sale. Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

When you are approved and ready to return your VOELEN product, please mail it to the following address, making sure to mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipment box:

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your VOELEN product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Refund Adjustments: If you are eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery Times: The time your exchanged product takes to deliver may vary depending on your location.
  • High-Value Items: For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping carrier or purchasing shipping insurance. VOELEN cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
