VOELEN offers free, insured shipping on orders over $300 to the contiguous United States (48 States excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
All customer orders received may take between 1 - 2 business days to be shipped once payment is confirmed.
All orders are shipped directly from Voelen, LLC, located in Coral Springs, Florida, USA.
Shipping services may be interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check with the courier company tracking information for more information.
Hawaii, Alaska, and International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, and import/export paperwork assessed by their country's import and export control.
IMPORTANT IMPORT/ EXPORT NOTE
Some VOELEN products, such as VOELEN's American-made, genuine American alligator or python watch straps are currently not available for export outside of the United States.
VOELEN is not responsible for customs actions. There are no refunds for items stopped, seized, or destroyed by customs or import/ export control in the United States or any other country.
A twelve (12) month international limited warranty covers your VOELEN watch. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under everyday use and begins with the purchase date listed on the VOELEN warranty card.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Damage from impacts, excessive vibrations, or magnetic fields
- Water damage
- Incorrect use
- The watch strap or buckle
The warranty becomes void if the watch case back is opened or if improper service or maintenance was attempted on the watch.
To be eligible for warranty coverage and to make a warranty claim, the watch owner must present the certified VOELEN warranty card to show their authenticity of ownership.
The warranty is transferrable also long as the new owner has the certified VOELEN warranty card.
VOELEN produces limited-run, small-batch timepieces. In the event that your VOELEN watch cannot be repaired, VOELEN cannot guarantee the exact watch model and style as a replacement.
If a specific VOELEN watch model is unavailable or no longer produced, VOELEN will replace the defective watch with a watch of a similar style and equal value.
To the fullest extent possible by law, in no event shall VOELEN, its suppliers or any third parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages) resulting from the use or inability to use any VOELEN product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not VOELEN is advised of the possibility of such damages. VOELEN's entire liability is limited to replacing or repairing VOELEN's products at VOELEN's sole discretion.
Any watches sold before VOELEN, LLC's acquisition of the assets of VOELEN on November 15, 2021, and quartz watches produced before November 15, 2021, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
The VOELEN return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, VOELEN cannot offer you a refund.
We require a receipt and proof of purchase in the form of a certified VOELEN warranty card to be eligible for a return under the VOELEN return policy.
Additionally, your item/ purchase must be:
- in the original packaging,
- and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Before returning your item, please get in touch with us at email@example.com to receive return approval for the return and a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.
Please clearly mark the RMA number outside the box and mail your item using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to:
You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
