All customer orders received may take between 1 - 2 business days to be shipped once payment is confirmed. All orders are shipped directly from Voelen, LLC located in Coral Springs, Florida, USA.

For International orders, customers are responsible for all customs/duties/VAT assessed by their country's import and export control. Your shipment may be delayed due to your country's customs processing time. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

The VOELEN ("We," "Our") return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return under the VOELEN return policy. Additionally, your item/ purchase must be:

  • unused,
  • in the original packaging,
  • and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) and/or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Before returning your item, please get in touch with us at to receive an RMA number. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is some processing time between issuing a refund and before a refund is posted to your account.

If you haven't received a refund yet, check with your bank account or your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returning/ Exchanging Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

All returning/ exchanging gifts are subject to the VOELEN return policy outlined in the first section of the Return Policy.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
